Purchased as a driver in June, 2007.  Put in my wife’s name (Marguerita) so my friends in Northern Michigan would not razz me about its color (Dusk Rose).  I told Marguerita I bought it for her birthday.

Began frame off restoration in November, 2015 and completed in June, 2017.

Obtained original invoice in January, 2019.  Car #791 of 1,449 E-Series produced for 1957 model year only.  E-Series Package included 312 cubic inch V8 engine, with dual four-barrel Holley carburetors, an aluminum intake, a special camshaft and other features.

Won Best-in-Class at the 30th Annual Summer Fair, Sloan Museum, Flint Michigan in June, 1992.

Since owned – in addition to restoration we added an electric fuel pump, air conditioning, new radio, radial tires, and aluminum radiator.
